Simply to use website, fast delivery. All very efficient. I also like the product, the glass whiteboard really looks the part.\n\nInstallation was tricky due to the sheer weight of the whiteboard. A template would have been very useful for aligning pilot holes/checking position/levelling without the need to lift the heavy whiteboard. \n\nRecommend you consider including that.\n\nOther than that I would purchase from SAM again.\n\nThanks\n\n***
