The product was shipped the same day and was delivered promptly. It was exactly as advertised.\nIf buying a glassboard (as I was) expect to use your own fittings if you have plasterboard walls and make sure you follow the guidance on how to hang the board - my freestyle attempt was nearly a disaster. Good product and service overall though.
